I grew up around architects and builders.
Weekends often meant walking through design centers from Troy, Michigan to Chicago, and later New York. It was either that or shopping at Somerset Mall during the long Midwestern winters. My mother always had an eye for design, and from an early age I was exposed to how spaces are conceived, built, and refined.
We still work on projects together today, and there’s an easy rhythm to how we collaborate. She sees possibility instinctively, while I focus on structure, flow, and how a space needs to function day to day. The result is thoughtful, cohesive, and built to last.
I didn’t know it then, but that early exposure, flipping through Florida Design magazines, revising floor plans, and visiting homes mid-process, shaped how I understand home today. Not as a static backdrop, but as an active part of how we live, move, rest, and gather.
That perspective carries through my work at Maison Limonelle.
Through our Where You Live pillar, I work closely with my experienced real estate team at Accent Holdings to help clients secure homes aligned with both lifestyle and long-term goals, often including opportunities that never reach the open market. From city pied-à-terres to townhomes designed to evolve over time, I remain completely hands-on from start to finish.
Beyond acquisition, I stay closely involved in shaping how a space functions. This includes advising on layout, flow, furnishings, and how to integrate what already exists so a home feels cohesive rather than overworked.
A well-considered home should make life easier. It should support how you live today and adapt as life changes.
That is Where You Live at Maison Limonelle.
Thoughtful spaces that quietly support the life unfolding inside them.
Warmest,
Danielle
